At Song Dental Wellness, we accept patients with and without dental insurance. Our staff will work with you to help find the right payment option to fit your budget.
We accept many insurance plans including but not limited to Aetna, Ameritas, Anthem BC/BS, BCBS IL, Cigna, Delta, Guardian, Humana, Lincoln, Metlife, Principal, Sunlife/DHA, United Concordia, United HealthCare, Zelis.
